Katie is responsible for conducting financial, industry, and buyer research, creating valuation and financing models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda.  Prior to joining Matrix in 2010, Katie was an associate at Bank of America in New York. She worked within Banc of America Securities’ Global Equities Prime Brokerage division where she gained experience analyzing alternative investments and investors, preparing sales pitch books and developing business development proposals.

Katie graduated from the University of Virginia where she received a B.A. in History.  Katie is also qualified as a Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA General Securities Representative.
